Osae acquires an office building located on Boulevard Saint-Germain

Osae Partners announces the acquisition of a 2,300 m² independent office building located at 254 Boulevard St-Germain (Paris), at the corner of Rue de Villersexel and next to the Solférino metro station. Osae Partners plans to renovate the property for delivery by the end of 2022.

This acquisition is the 5th investment of the Osae Real Estate Partners #1 (“OREP I”) fund. The OREP I fund, subscribed primarily by institutional investors, has an investment capacity of €250 million in equity and acquires value-creating operations across all asset classes.
