The consortium formed by Osae Partners and Kaufman & Broad has won a tender launched by the Paris Ile de France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) to sign an emphyteutic lease and restructure its historic headquarters.

The building, located on avenue de Friedland in the heart of the Golden Triangle, boasts 13,500 m² of floor space and 3,200 m² of private parkland. Built at the end of the 19th century by Count Potocki, the mansion was converted into prestigious offices by the CCI in 1922, to house its headquarters. Part of the property is listed as a historic monument.

The project will be carried out by Osae Partners, as investor, and Kaufman & Broad, as developer, accompanied by the architectural firms H2O and Eugène, specialists in historic monuments.

Conceived by Kaufman & Broad's teams, the redevelopment of the Hôtel Potocki will offer offices adapted to new ways of working, top-of-the-range services for future users and optimized environmental performance. Particular attention is being paid to preserving and enhancing the architectural heritage while integrating a resolutely contemporary design.
