Osae Partners has acquired the Opéra Gramont office building

Osae Partners has acquired the Opéra Gramont office building, located at 14 rue du Quatre Septembre in Paris, on behalf of one of its discretionary funds.

The property is located in Paris' central business district, 400 m from Place de l'Opéra. It is fully leased to Coty, an international perfume and cosmetics group (50 brands).

This 8,200 m² complex (with 57 parking spaces), which was completely restructured in 2001, comprises two 19th-century buildings and three green courtyards. The property is certified "Very Good" by the British BREEAM "In Use" label, which attests to the building's environmental performance.
