Dassault Real Estate acquires the Passage Jouffroy portfolio

Immobilière Dassault announces that it has acquired today 95% of the capital of the company CPPJ, owner of a "top quality" portfolio composed mainly of shops, notably Passage Jouffroy located on the Grands Boulevards (Paris 9th), in the extension of Passage des Panoramas and before Passage Verdeau.
The Passage Jouffroy is a unique covered gallery, built in 1846. It covers approximately 13,000 m2 in the iconic and touristy 9th arrondissement of Paris. This exceptional asset includes the famous Grévin Museum, hotels, shops, and offices. In addition to the Passage Jouffroy, the real estate portfolio mainly includes commercial building bases located in "the most beautiful districts of the capital" (7th, 8th, 17th arrondissements) and a Haussmannian building primarily used for offices with a surface area of 2,700 m2 located at 22 rue Chauchat, Paris 9th.
