Sale of the Pilgrim Hotel

OSAE Partners has sold Hôtel Pilgrim, a 53-room, 4-star superior boutique hotel located in the heart of Paris's 5th arrondissement, opposite the Collège des Bernardins. The property was acquired by a private investor.

Before becoming a hotel, the building was first a garage, then the headquarters of the Madura company. Acquired in 2020, it was transformed by OSAE Partners, with the support of architects Cyril Durand-Béhar and Martin Lavigne (Agence CDB), AMO Erdopama, and design agency Saint-Lazare.

Le Pilgrim opened its doors in November 2023. Le Pilgrim features a rooftop with panoramic views over Paris and a tree-lined patio. Guests can also enjoy a cocktail bar and a spa with hammam, swimming pool, gym and massage cabin.

Shortly after opening, the hotel was awarded the Ecolabel, certifying the environmental performance of the operation and reflecting OSAE's commitment to positive impact projects.
