Les travaux des Grandes-Serres de Pantin sont lancés !

Ginkgo, Alios Développement and Osae Partners launched the first phase of the Grandes Serres project in October 2024. This first phase, entrusted to Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France, includes the renovation of an industrial hall and the construction of offices, with completion scheduled for 2026. At the same time, construction has begun on a footbridge linking the Grandes-Serres to the Église de Pantin metro station (Line 5), to redevelop the banks of the Ourcq Canal. Commissioning is scheduled for early 2026.

Marketing of the Grandes-Serres areas is underway, with confirmation of the installation of three head offices for SNCF Gares & Connexions and its subsidiaries AREP and Retail & Connexions, which will occupy 1,000 m² of office space, including 3,000 m² in the Grande Halle. These strategic locations testify to the attractiveness of the project and its ability to meet the evolving needs of businesses.

Les Grandes-Serres de Pantin: mixed use is the key to meeting new living and working rhythms
The project proposes an 83,000 m² mixed-use campus open to the city of Pantin and in close proximity to Paris (via metro 5 and RER E), offering a program geared towards a diversity of uses, services and populations:

A Grande Halle industrielle rehabilitated by the Moatti-Rivière agency, which will host a cultural and social offering open to all, including exhibition spaces, a concert hall, the Philippe Jaroussky musical academy, the Diamètre 15 artists' association, a varied range of catering and services (bookshop, concierge). A true living space operated by Alios Développement.

A 9,900 m² office building, eco-designed by AREP in collaboration with Leclercq Associés, to house SNCF Gares & Connexions and its subsidiaries (AREP and Retail & Connexions).

Eight new buildings, designed by Leclercq Associés and ECDM in the heart of a 2-hectare park, to house an ecosystem of companies and schools.

A building dedicated to flexliving, an innovative short- to medium-term accommodation solution for young professionals, students and mobile workers.

Craft and retail premises developed in partnership with the city of Pantin.
