Osae delivers a gourmet showcase in the heart of the 18th arrondissement

At 2 rue Lepic, a new 2-storey building replaces the 3 obsolete stores and now houses a Fred Le Merveilleux patisserie. The result of a partnership with the City of Paris and the Mairie du ^18e arrondissement, this building with its modern, atypical architecture, designed by P&LS Architecture, is helping to protect shops and develop the district.

On the first floor, a production workshop, with its large bay windows and characteristic chandelier, attracts the attention of passers-by. Upstairs, a tea room will open in a few weeks' time, offering a new tasting experience to local residents and the many tourists visiting the Butte Montmartre.
