Osae Partners and Sogelym Dixence give a second life to an old 1960s office tower

Located at Porte Pouchet, at the entrance to the city of Clichy and along the ring road, since June 2020 it has been home to the Poush Manifesto artists' residence, covering more than 6,000 m². With a spectacular view over Paris, more than 220 young French and international contemporary artists, under the artistic direction of Yvannoé Kruger, bring this 16-storey high-rise building to life with a varied program including video art, sculpture, painting, crafts and installations. This temporary occupation, lasting around two years, fosters exchanges and creates a real community in this district in the throes of transformation!
