Fashion at Osae Partners!

Romeo's former Parisian warehouses, located at 208 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, played host to the Spring-Summer 2024 fashion show by ready-to-wear brand BlueMarble.

Founded by Anthony Alvarez in 2019, BlueMarble embodies the spirit of individuality and celebrates cultural diversity through its unique creations. Each piece tells a story, blending modern style with timeless elegance.

Thank you to BlueMarble for choosing our asset for this event, whose transformation into a mixed-use office and residential project will begin shortly.
