Laurent Halimi founded Osae Partners in July 2018.
He had founded and developed Weinberg Capital Partners' real estate fund management between 2008 and 2018.
Previously, Laurent had been successively co-founder of Pierre 48 and Paref Gestion, then in charge of real estate investments at GE Real Estate Europe (1998-2002), founder and managing director of the Italian platform of CBRE Investors (2002-2004), and responsible for real estate investments for the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec in Europe (2005-2007).
Laurent is a graduate of HEC.

Sebastien helped found Osae Partners in 2018.
He was previously head of real estate investment and asset management at Weinberg Capital Partners, which he joined in February 2010.

Sébastien is a graduate of ESSEC business school.

Alexandra helped found Osae Partners in 2018.
She was previously in the real estate investment and asset management team at Weinberg Capital Partners, which she joined in 2015.

She is a graduate of ESCP.

Grégoire helped found Osae Partners in 2018.
He was previously head of real estate investment and asset management at Weinberg Capital Partners, which he joined in 2013.
Previous experience: Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, AEW Europe, Cleaveland
Grégoire is a graduate of the ESTP engineering school, and holds a Master's degree in Project and Structured Finance from Paris X University.

Morgane helped found Osae Partners in 2018.

Morgane Grassigny is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investor Relations at Osae Partners.
She was previously in the real estate investment and asset management team at Weinberg Capital Partners, which she joined in 2014.
Previous experience: HSBC, Constructa Asset Management
She is a graduate of HEC.

Emeric participated in the creation of Osae Partners in 2018.
Previously, Emeric managed the real estate asset management subsidiary of Weinberg Capital Partners, which he joined in 2015.
Previous experience: Captiva Capital Management, Gecina, Icade Conseil and Bain & Company.
He is a graduate of ESCP and ICH.
