At 2 rue Lepic, a new 2-story building replaces the 3 outdated shops and now houses a Fred Le Merveilleux pastry shop, a tenant identified by Knight Frank. The result of a collaborative effort with the City of Paris and the 18th arrondissement Town Hall, this modern and unique architectural building, designed by P&LS Architecture, contributes to the preservation of businesses and the evolution of the neighborhood.
On the ground floor, a production workshop catches the attention of passersby with its large windows and distinctive chandelier. Upstairs, a tea room will open in a few weeks, offering a new tasting experience to the neighborhood's residents as well as the many tourists of Montmartre Hill.
