Osae Partners has acquired the Serge Blanco thalassotherapy center, along with the two hotels and the hotel residence associated with it (both the property and the business), on behalf of its Osae Real Estate Partners #1 fund, and has partnered with the Relais Thalasso Group to manage it. This family-owned group, based in La Baule (44), also manages the Relais Thalasso Bénodet, Relais Thalasso Pornichet, and Relais Thalasso Île de Ré, as well as hotels and restaurants affiliated with thalassotherapy centers. To date, 350 employees work daily to promote the innovative benefits of marine-based thalassotherapy stays.
Mr. Serge Blanco, the famous founder of the establishments, will contribute to the sustainability and development of the site through a brand licensing agreement for the hotel segment.
All establishments reopen their doors today, on June 9, 2021, and will undergo an extensive renovation program during the winter of 2022-2023.
