Acquisition with the City of Paris
Acquisition of a property complex in the Marais district (Paris IV), comprising two 17th and 18th century mansions and a 1930s industrial building on the courtyard. Acquisition carried out in partnership with the vendor, the city and Paris Habitat to enable the upgrade of the entire real estate complex.
Delivery
Delivery of the headquarters of a cosmetics company, comprising offices, seminar rooms, a boutique and a SPA. Creation of 12 family housing units and 26 studios for young workers in partnership with Paris Habitat.

Project phases
When the premises were vacated by their occupant, a building permit was obtained, enabling the property to be upgraded. Several amending building permits were obtained to adapt the project to the needs of the future user.
