Osae Partners & GDG Invest lay the foundation stone for the M-Cube project in Saint-Denis, France

Acquired in 2020, this former 2,900m² building will be demolished and then rebuilt to create the M-cube project. M-cube is a prime mixed-use object, which will develop around 11,150m² over 10 levels, including a garden level and an underground parking level. The mixed-use building will house business premises on the first two floors and office space on the third to eighth floors (i.e. two-thirds of the surface area).

M-Cube has the capacity to offer a wide range of premium, made-to-measure services, enabling exchange, well-being and performance. It will offer the best in environmental technology, with the promise of a building that meets the needs of today's and tomorrow's users.
