Acquisition of a vacant real estate complex located on a private road in Neuilly sur Seine, comprising a 19th-century mansion with a garden of over 1,200 m². and a building of 5 apartments dating from the late 1950s in need of renovation.
Renovation of the apartment building
The apartment building has benefited from a complete renovation of the common areas and technical equipment. Private outdoor spaces were also created. Lastly, some apartments have been reconfigured for a better layout.

Project phases
Land division to make the mansion and its 1,200 m² garden independent, followed by obtaining the necessary administrative authorizations and carrying out the renovation of the apartment building.
