Acquisition of an obsolete 5,000 m² office building, the headquarters of In Extenso, located at the foot of the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre in Issy les Moulineaux.
Hotel opening and operation
4-star hotel with 350 rooms under the Marriott franchise, including restaurant and conference facilities.
