Acquisition of the Waldorf Trocadéro Hotel in Paris' 16th arrondissement
L'Ormaie
Renovation of the establishment into a 4-star boutique hotel, under the independent L'Ormaie banner, with new upscale services, including a wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room).

Project phases
Complete technical and decorative refurbishment, accompanied by the creation of a wellness area in the basement. At the same time, a new brand identity was designed around a concept of nature in the city, under the trade name "Hôtel L'Ormaie", inspired by its location on the Colline de Chaillot, a favorite Parisian resort until the early 20th century.
