Acquisition of an obsolete 1,500 m² office building located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, in a central, tourist district of Paris.
Creating a hotel concept
Opening of a 53-room, 4-star boutique hotel, the Pilgrim. Inspired by the bohemian spirit of the Latin Quarter, with a cinematic 70s touch, the Pilgrim offers 53 bright, elegant rooms. The hotel's spa, with its private pool, hammam and massage cabins, invites you to relax and feel good. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of Paris.

Project phases
The conversion of the building was carried out with separate-trade contracts. The former office building was raised by three levels, and a basement level was created to accommodate the wellness area. The hotel was awarded Ecolabel certification and the CCI architecture prize.
